Suggested Use: Lemon Grass oil is also used to aid digestion, to combat stress and as an insect repellent. It can also be added to homemade cleaning solutions to help disinfect surfaces and freshen the air.
Usage:
1. INHALATION: Add a few drops of essential oil to a diffuser or a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam. Alternatively, you can place a drop or two on a tissue or inhaler and breathe in the aroma directly.
2. TOPICAL APPLICATION: it can be applied to the skin when properly diluted with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil. The typical dilution ratio is around 2-5% essential oil to carrier oil.
Disclaimer: It’s important to note that essential oils are highly concentrated and potent, so they should be used with care. Some oils may cause skin irritation or sensitivities, and certain oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy or for specific health conditions.
